Victor Mulas
Victor Mulas is the Senior Advisor of Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and an expert member of the Japan Cabinet Office advisory committees on startup ecosystems. Victor has over 20 years of experience working on innovation, technology, and startup ecosystems worldwide. He has led landmark programs at the World Bank where he served for 12 years, including the Disruptive Technology for Development Program at the World Bank President's Office, the Bank’s Tokyo Development Learning Center in Japan, the Internal Innovation Acceleration Program at the Bank’s Innovation Labs, and the global city startup ecosystems business line.
Victor has authored leading research on innovation and technology startups, and is a recognized international speaker at high-level conferences, shaping stakeholders’ understanding of key technology and innovation policies
