Fifile Nguyen, Innovation Research Manager, is passionate about harnessing human-centered approaches to build innovative, empowering products, places, and systems for people and planet. She’s helped design experiences from educational websites to medical devices to space station modules for clients like Amira Health, Sierra Space, Live Nation, and more.

Born in Texas to Vietnamese war refugees, Fifile's family has always highly valued education. She is proud to hold several degrees: a BBA in International Business and BS in Textile & Apparel Design from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Business Design from the University of Toronto. In addition, she has lectured and spoken at Endicott College and the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD).

Committed to lifelong volunteering, Fifile currently serves on the board of the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts, and as strategic advisor for the Babson College Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab Venture Accelerator. Fifile has lived in four countries and speaks three languages. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and see live music.
