Consulting Project Manager

Emilia is an operations manager at CIC Captains of Innovation, where she facilitates the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s internal processes. She also collaborates with the team to deliver innovative solutions for any clients’ needs. She joined COI after four years of working directly with the CEO of CIC, the parent company of COI. During her time at CIC, she facilitated executive-level projects such as expansion and business development, internal operations, and the pivot into health work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before joining CIC, Emilia earned a BA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies from Washington University in St. Louis, where she developed a critical and interdisciplinary perspective on the social and cultural aspects of human diversity. She is passionate about creating inclusive and empowering spaces for people of all backgrounds.
