Elisa brings over 20 years of consulting & practical experience in the field of strategic growth, innovation, and organizational change. Elisa firmly believes in the creative potential of individuals and teams and works in collaboration with her clients to help them see their world with new eyes, solve seemingly intractable problems, uncover new opportunities for growth, and build momentum for change. She acts as a coach, catalyst, and facilitator engaging her clients in creative yet pragmatic processes for innovating, enabling them to aim high and go where their innovation ambitions could take them.

Elisa has worked with large corporations, global brands, start-ups, non-profits, and academic research centers. Her clients have included Mead Johnson, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Edgewell Personal Care, Mayo Clinic, Fidelity Investments, TIAA CREF, Allstate Insurance, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

She has developed & led numerous innovation executive leadership development programs, innovation & change initiatives, offsites & strategic leadership sessions. Her experience also includes building operational infrastructures for start-ups, nonprofits, and global organizations as well as supporting and mentoring student/founder teams at Babson, MIT, Wentworth Institute for Technology, and SCAD. Elisa has led research and development efforts on new innovation approaches and has spoken and been published on leading innovation and change.
