Senior Implementation Lead

Sarah’s work as part of the COI team is primarily focused on bringing our client’s visions to life. Sarah joined COI following 6 years of experience as part of the CIC innovation campus in a variety of roles across the Operations, Expansion, and Talent Development teams, including work opening new CIC sites and supporting the rapid growth of CIC Health’s workforce throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to working with CIC, Sarah spent 5 years as a Division I Women’s Rowing coach at Northeastern University and is herself a National Champion and Head of the Charles winner in the coxswain seat. She holds a genetics-focused BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a certificate focused on the science of organizational networks and enterprise growth and innovation from Northeastern’s D’Amore McKim Business School.
